The holiday complex has a 10.000 square meters total surface, surrounded by green vegetation between tropical palm

trees and pine trees. It has a total of 27 apartments, on the ground floor, suitable for 2-6 people,

each with covered veranda, Tv, screen door.
For shared use: barbecue, recreation ground for children, parking.

PRICE INCLUDE: Water, gas, electric energy, parking( only 1 car per apt), beach service ( 1 umbrella, 1 deckchair, 1 bed).
TO PAY LOCALLY: Compulsory final cleaning Euro 25,00 for 2room apt/ Euyro 35,00 for 3room apt.
Extra bed: Euro 50,00/week
Bed linen: Euro 5,00/week/person
Parking for 2nd car: Euro 35,00/week
Little pets: Euro 25,00/person
A deposit of € 100.00 has to be paid in cash locally to the keyholder. (Will be refunded after the property is left in order.)
Arrivals and departures: the stay begins at 16 p.m. in arrival day and ends not later 10 p.m. in departure day.
