Price do not include:
A Deposit Euro 100,00 has to be paid in cash locally to the keyholder. (Will be refunded after the property is left in order.)
Compulsory final cleaning Euro 30,00 1room apt(N.6) / Euro 40,00 3room apt (N. 2-7-3).

The stay starts at 04.00 p.m. of the arrival day and ends by and not over 09.00 a.m. of the departure day.
