The holiday house, managed by a family, is
located on the entrance of Foresta Umbra, about 4 kms far from the
coastline of Gargano, surrounded by 4 ha large olive tree grove and
other pure vegetation, and about 10 kms far from the centre of Vieste.
The new built residence provides 2- and 3-roomed apartments situated
on the ground and upper floor, furnished functionally and with care.
The owners product an excellent wine and extra virgin olive oil.
Apartment No.1 is a 2-roomed one for 3/4 people, of 35 m2,
situated on the ground floor of an independent house in the garden and
includes: living room with kitchen cabinet (equipped with a big
refrigerator and oven) and sofa bed, Tv set with satellite, table and
chairs, double bed room, bathroom with shower stall and washing
machine. Open out-door part furnished with table and chairs.
Apartment No.3 is a 3-roomed one for 7 people, of 70 m2,
situated on the upper floor of and includes: kitchen (equipped with a
big refrigerator and oven), living room with sofa bed for two, Tv set
with satellite, table and chairs, double bed room with balcony,
another room with bunk bed and another single bed, bathroom with bath
and washing machine. Open out-door part furnished with table and
chairs.
Apartment No.5 is a 3-roomed one for 7 people, of 65 m2,
situated on the ground floor of and includes: kitchen (equipped with a
big refrigerator and oven), living room with two armchairs/bed , Tv
set with satellite, table and chairs, double bed room, another room
with 3 single beds (with a small window), bathroom with shower stall
and washing machine. Open out-door part furnished with table and
chairs.
