Villa Sabbiamare is located directly on the slplendid beach of Pizzomunno, surrounded by pine trees, about 2,3 kms far from centre of Vieste, reachable walking by the seaside. The villa is new built, divided into two separated 3-roomed apartments with independent entrance, they are situated on ground floor, each with a large covered terrace of 25 m2. Facilities: 1 car park/apartment, outdoor shower and basin,air conditioning, own barbecue, mosquito nets, bicycle, sun umbrella, 2 sun beds and 2 deck-chairs/app. on the beach, cooking corner with oven. The sea is reachable walking by a private path. Apartment N.1 is 3-roomed one suitable for 4+1 people, of 50 m2 and includes livingroom with cooking corner and sofa/bed for two, double-bed room, another room with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower stall. Okrem ubytovacích služieb klientom ponúkajú jedno parkovacie miesto/apartmán, samostatný gril, klimatizáciu,slnecník + 2 ležadlá + 2 plážovè stolicky na pláži/apartman, siete proti hmyzu, vonkajšie umývadlo a sprchu, kuchynský kút s rúrou, bicykel.
