Ampio porticato per pranzare all’aperto . La villa è indipendente e dispone di un grande giardino privato di 6.000 m2 recintato, posto auto protetto da cancello, barbecue. Villa Santo Stefano is located in the part of Santo Stefano, about 2 kms far from the beach of Scialmarino and about 4 kms far from the centre of Vieste. It is situated on a hill in total privacy so guests can enjoy the traquility and a splendid sea view. On the ground of 6.000 m2 of the nature there are pine and olive trees and other mediterranean plants. Villa includes the only apartment, three-room one for 4+2 people. It is of 70 m2 large and includes: a large living room with a kitchen cabinet and sofa, two double-bed rooms each with another single bed and a bathroom with toilette and shower stall. There is also a large veranda. Villa is independent, with a private garden of 6.000 m2 large which is enclosured and parking protected by gate and barbecue. Animals are accepted.
